We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Personal Trainer Director to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and fitness, possess excellent communication skills, and be committed to helping clients achieve their fitness goals.
- Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate clients' current fitness levels
- Develop personalized exercise programs based on clients' goals and abilities
- Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques
- Motivate and support clients to reach their fitness goals
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust training programs as needed
- Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle choices to enhance overall well-being
**Experience:**
The successful candidate should have:
- Strong background in physical education, sports coaching, group fitness, and program design
- Solid understanding of anatomy, body mechanics, and physiology
- Experience in sales or fitness sales is a plus
